The Centre

The Centre Technique Alexander is in the heart of Neuchâtel on the second floor of a charming historic building with lift. Coming by train, you have a short bus journey from the train station to the Place Pury (buses n. 107, 109, 421). If you prefer to walk, it is no more than twenty minutes downhill walk.

By car, whether you are coming from Yverdon, Lausanne, Fribourg, Bern or from Biel, Basel, Solothurn, we are easily accessible from the motorway; nearby, you will find a multiple choice of indoor and outdoor parking solutions.

The centre has a spacious and comfortable waiting room where you will be able to refresh yourself, drink hot tea and read one of our publications while you wait for your appointment.

Our sessions last between forty-five minutes and an hour. They usually involve some handson guidance, some practical exercises and techniques, some lying down work, and the possibility to explore breathing and voice work as well. Our work will take you through a therapeutic process that will help you make the most of your physical, mental and emotional resources, strengthen your resilience and improve the quality of your life in general.
